• Come in to the Chipotle at 9188 Mentor Ave. in Mentor on Monday, October 29th between 5:00pm and 9:00pm. Bring in the flyer attached below, show it on your smartphone or tell the cashier you’re supporting the cause to make sure that 33% of the proceeds will be donated to Mentor Youth Hockey.
